Exhibition «The Universe of Scriabin»
About exhibition
The exhibition opened in 2022 to mark the significant occasion of the 150th anniversary of the composer's birth. It consists of several sections named after key works from different periods. The first, “Liza,” is devoted to Scriabin's childhood and his studies at the Cadet Corps and with Zverev. The second, “Dreams,” relates to his youth, his studies at the Moscow Conservatory, his acquaintance with Belyayev and his first European tours. The third section, “The Divine Poem,” recounts the turning-point years in the composer's life. The fourth, “Poem of Ecstasy,” describes the time Scriabin spent abroad. The fifth and sixth sections, “Prometheus” and “Mystery,” are connected with his late creative period and his explorations in the synthesis of the arts. The exhibition features various photographic postcards, letters by the composer, archival musical scores and much more. Information: by phone +7 (499) 241-19-01 and on the website.
