Exhibition "Such a Sky. Belgorod. Time of the Special Military Operation"
About exhibition
The exhibition "Such a Sky" is dedicated to all residents of Belgorod — courageous people, inhabitants of a border, and in effect a frontline, region. The title of the exhibition echoes a poem by the frontline poet Semyon Gudzenko, just as the feelings of those who survived the Great Patriotic War resonate with those of contemporary people. The exhibition is based on the poems of Belgorod poet Maksim Bessonov, written over the past three years. The context of the times and its edge in Bessonov's poetic imagery is immediately recognizable and is evident in simple everyday sketches depicted in the contextual scenes that accompany the poems. The larger history of Belgorod and its residents during the period of the special military operation is yet to be written, and the exhibition "Such a Sky" can become one of its emotional pages. The project was carried out as part of the charitable initiative "78–31" of the company "Museum Architecture" to support cultural and museum development, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Belgorod Region.
