The exhibition, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Mezhdurechensk, invites visitors on an engaging journey into the past. The display covers the period from the mid-1950s to the present. More than 100 carefully selected exhibits — unique photographs, documents, paintings, household items and tools from various eras — tell the city's story in a logical sequence. To fully immerse visitors in the atmosphere of the past, the exhibition is complemented by video and audio recordings as well as interactive elements. Visitors will learn about the founding of Mezhdurechensk, which is closely linked to the development of the coal industry. Materials about Kommunistichesky Prospekt occupy a special place in the exhibition — this is the heart of the city, born of the labor of young Komsomol brigades. It serves as a visual witness to historical transformations: from festive demonstrations and graduation evenings of the first schoolchildren to the modern pedestrian zone. The exhibition presents a story of work, hope and the people who built the city, offering the chance to connect with its cultural heritage, feel pride for Mezhdurechensk and appreciate the 70-year journey it has taken.
