Exhibition 'Saving Arkhangelsk'

The exhibition is timed to the 80th anniversary of Victory and tells the story of the role of the air defense forces and the heroism of Arkhangelsk residents who took up the defense of the city during the difficult years of the war. Special attention is paid to lesser-known aspects of life in frontline Arkhangelsk: civilian preparations for war, the work of defense services, and the involvement of teenagers and women in addressing the consequences of enemy raids. Visitors will be able to see unique exhibits: documents, photographs, and personal belongings of the city's defenders. Sound installations will recreate the atmosphere of the time.
