In the "Hermitage" pavilion you can learn about the work of a dynasty of glass artists from Saint Petersburg: Alexandra Ivanova, Galina Ivanova, Irina Ivanova and Ekaterina Stolyarova. Using this family's works as examples, trace the development of art glass in the USSR and contemporary Russia over the past half-century and assess the artists' contribution to the history of Russian glassmaking. Each member of this creative dynasty has their own recognizable style, yet they are united by a deep knowledge of artistic heritage, respect for traditions, the highest professional standards in their work and a philosophical approach to their chosen creative path.
