Exhibition "For Peace"

In December the museum opened the exhibition "For Peace", dedicated to participants and volunteers of the special military operation. In the Law of the Russian Federation of January 14, 1993 No. 4292-1 "On the Perpetuation of the Memory of Those Who Died Defending the Fatherland" it states: "Respectful treatment of the memory of those who died defending the Fatherland or its interests is a sacred duty of all citizens." At the exhibition, visitors will be able to learn about the reasons, goals, and objectives of the special military operation, see photographs of fellow townspeople who died during military actions, while carrying out combat tasks, and while performing official duties in defense of the Fatherland, and will learn about the biographies of the heroes. The display cases contain authentic items of participants in the SVO: uniforms, remnants of a drone (part of the engine), a soldier's ration, drawings and letters from children to Russian servicemen. Trophies from the front are also displayed. The city of Tynda and the Tyndinsky municipal district have actively joined the volunteer movement to help their fellow townspeople. The exhibition tells about the volunteer humanitarian aid group for participants of the SVO "ZасVоих" and the club association "Маскировочные сети zащитникам". The volunteers presented items similar to those they send to the front: this was done to motivate citizens to provide any feasible assistance to our people serving in the area of the SVO.
