The exhibition features items dating from the late 19th to the early 20th century. A special place among them is occupied by a harmonium — a keyboard wind musical instrument that belonged to one of the barons who founded the 'Khutorok' estate. The display also includes documents and photographs that tell about the lives and activities of the landowners in the territory of today's Novokubansky District. Of particular interest is a piece of rail bearing the date of the start of construction of the famous Caucasian route — the Vladikavkaz Railway. These items create the atmosphere of the district's pre-revolutionary period, immersing visitors in its past.
