The exhibition on the 3rd floor of the Palace of the Governor, "Presence Chambers", introduces the rotating exhibition projects held on the museum complex's third floor, as well as the permanent exhibitions "History of the Tobolsk Bone-Carving Craft" and the "Hall of Siberian Heraldry." Thanks to its favorable location in the historic part of the city, its cozy halls combined with a unique museum interior, and modern sound and lighting equipment, the Palace is one of the best event venues in the city and region. Business meetings, round tables, conferences, wedding ceremonies, birthdays and other events are held here. The Palace of the Governor also houses the "Palace Gingerbread Shop," where you can taste and purchase Siberian gingerbread made according to old recipes.
