Exhibition dedicated to the events of the special military operation
About exhibition
The museum hosts an exhibition dedicated to the heroes of the special military operation, those who have forever inscribed their names in the annals of Russia's courage and valor. The display features personal effects, documents, and photographs of servicemen from legendary units: the 200th Separate Guards Pechengsky Motor Rifle Brigade, Order of Kutuzov, 2nd Class; the 61st Separate Guards Kirkenes Red Banner Marine Brigade; and the 80th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade (Arctic) of the 14th Army Corps. A special place in the exhibition is occupied by the awards and personal belongings of Heroes of the Russian Federation Lieutenant N. I. Danilchenko, Senior Warrant Officer D. S. Vasilchenko, and Major A. A. Spirin. Visitors can see fragments of unmanned aerial vehicles and FPV drones shot down over the territory of the Russian Federation, and shell fragments provided by the Border Directorate of the FSB of Russia for the Western Arctic Region, the Directorate of the Federal National Guard Troops Service of the Russian Federation for the Murmansk Region, and the 61st Separate Guards Kirkenes Red Banner Marine Brigade. From the collections of the Historical-Demonstration Hall of the FSB Directorate for the Murmansk Region, trophies captured during operational-search activities at the permanent deployment sites of Ukrainian armed formations are exhibited.
