There are currently more than 10,000 different species of birds in the world, of which over 300 species can be found in the Kirov Region. Few people know that pelicans and flamingos are officially recorded as inhabiting the Kirov Region, as these birds have been observed here. These and other feathered representatives of the animal kingdom can be seen at this exhibition. In addition, an oological collection is on display, where visitors can examine the eggs of various bird species, including the egg of the largest bird — the ostrich.
