Exhibition "From the Cave Bear to the Teddy Bear"

The exhibition presents paleontological material from the collection of local historian Yevgeny Panfilovich Bliznetsov – the bones of a cave bear that lived in the caves of the Kizelovsky karst area during the Pleistocene. Visitors can also see a taxidermied brown bear, a collection of toy bears spanning from the mid-20th century to the present day, and many other bear-themed items. Find out how the bear came to be on the coat of arms of Perm Krai, take part in "paleontological excavations", and make a wish at the fairy-tale bear.
