The exhibition immerses visitors in the Soviet era from 1920 to 1991 and presents the changes that took place in many areas of life: culture, education, social movements, technology, everyday Soviet life and more, through the prism of objects. A rich collection of artifacts introduces the culture and history of the republic in the context of broader changes across the Soviet Union. What a mixer looked like 50 years ago, school textbooks, a Young Pioneer neckerchief, what the various abbreviations on posters mean — all of this can be seen at the exhibition.
