Exhibition «OSA. 100 Years»
About exhibition
The museum will host an exhibition marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Society of Contemporary Architects. The Society of Contemporary Architects is a creative organization that became the principal stronghold of architectural constructivism, the most influential artistic movement in the USSR in the 1920s–early 1930s. The exhibition will present the constructivists' creative approach to design within a broader context of artistic debate with their architectural opponents. The second part of the exhibition is devoted to the later period of architectural constructivism and its formal and theoretical experiments of the 1930s. The exhibition will take place in the "Ruina" wing. Admission requires purchasing a single ticket valid for all current museum exhibitions.
