Exhibition «Nikolai Fedorov: Photographic Chronicle of Old Minusinsk»
About exhibition
The N. M. Martyanov Museum presents a traveling exhibition created on the basis of photo negatives by the well-known Minusinsk merchant, publisher, public figure and photographer Nikolai Vasilyevich Fedorov (1878–1918). The exhibition consists of 12 panels featuring photographs of the buildings and squares of the town of Minusinsk taken in the early 20th century. Together they offer an insight into the history and everyday life of a Siberian county town of that period. Examples of 19th- and early-20th-century architecture allow visitors to make a true journey into the past.
