About exhibition
The exhibition is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Aiza Petrovna Reshetnikova — founder of the Museum of Music and Folklore of the Peoples of Yakutia, musicologist, accompanist, epic scholar, folklorist, Candidate of Historical Sciences (Ph.D.), People's Artist of the RS (Yakutia), Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, laureate of the State Prize of the RS (Yakutia) named after A. E. Kulakovsky (Өксөкүлээх-Өлөксөй), laureate of the Irina Arkhipova Foundation (gold medal), member of the Union of Composers of Russia, and member of the International Music Council. For the first time, the exhibition will present personal belongings, manuscripts, photographs, a writing desk, and a piano donated to the museum by her daughter, Alina Vladimirovna Reshetnikova-Osakovskaya.
