Exhibition "Cossacks"

About exhibition

The exhibition features unique exhibits related to the history of the Kuban, Terek and Don Cossacks from the late 19th to the early 20th century. Visitors can learn about the traditions of Cossack service, rituals and household practices in Kuban families, as well as the history of the oldest stanitsas of the Novokubansky District. Young museum visitors will be delighted by the quiz-competition "A Day in the Life of a Cossack Woman." The hall is arranged as a Cossack household room. Here you can see items, documents, photographs and relics carefully preserved by descendants of Cossacks and donated to the museum.
