The Department of Contemporary Art invites residents and visitors of Tolyatti to an exhibition of works by the Center for Graphics and Academic Drawing "Monochrome." Monochrome is a group of Tolyatti artists who came together for collaborative work in 2023. At the exhibition, visitors will be able to take a closer look at a type of graphic representation known as the sketch. Sketches are small, concise hand-drawn drawings. When creating sketches, the artist does not work out the details of the final image, but aims to convey only the general proportions, the dynamics of movement, and individual characteristics. The exhibits include drawings drawn from life by both professional and emerging artists. The works reflect themes of music, theater, and the human figure. For more information call 70-20-95.
