Exhibition "The House on Sluchevskaya Hill"
About exhibition
If you want to travel back to a long‑gone era, wander through the enfilades of an 18th‑century house, hear the chimes of an antique clock and the deep tones of a harmonium, immerse yourself in the unhurried world of noble life, see interiors and forgotten household items, and admire the landscapes of the "Zabel’s dales", come to the S. T. Aksakov Memorial House‑Museum. You will be transported to that era and learn about Ufa in the writer’s childhood, about Ufa’s first governor Grigory Aksakov, about the Aksakov People’s House, and whom Sofyushkina Alley is named after.
