The exhibition presents works that reflect the richness and diversity of classical art. The pieces by students of Children's Art School No. 2 are executed in a traditional academic manner — from refined portraits and still lifes to landscapes. Special attention is paid to technique and craftsmanship, as well as the careful execution of works in various media — watercolor, gouache, and pencil. The works on display give visitors the opportunity to become acquainted with the educational heritage and to trace the development of the academic school of painting and drawing over several decades.
