A virtual interactive exhibition using VR goggles dedicated to the German naturalist Daniel Gottlieb Messerschmidt, who by order of Peter I led a scientific expedition to Siberia. Messerschmidt’s expedition began in 1719 and lasted nine years, ending in 1727. During the expedition the scientist visited Transbaikalia, where he lived for more than a year. The VR experience presents Messerschmidt’s izba (a traditional Russian log house), where visitors can examine various objects and play a themed game.
