About exhibition
The Samara Art Museum's collection of Russian painting from the 18th to the early 20th centuries has its own distinctive character. Formed through the efforts of generations of museum professionals, the collection is a treasure that the residents of the region can rightfully be proud of. To mark the 125th anniversary of the museum's collection, the exhibition has been supplemented with the finest works from the collection. The exhibition features works by masters of Russian art: I.K. Aivazovsky, K.P. Bryullov, I.E. Repin, V.I. Surikov, I.I. Shishkin, A.I. Kuindzhi, I.I. Levitan, V.A. Serov, K.A. Korovin, E.M. Belyutin, K.V. Zvezdochetov, L.V. Sokova, A.A. Vinogradov, K.
