About exhibition

The museum has permanent displays dedicated to the cultures of Japan, China, Korea, India, Afghanistan, Iran, Southeast, Central and Inner Asia, the Caucasus, and the art of the peoples of the North. The true gems of the collection are netsuke, among the smallest ivory objects in the world, and the sculpture "Eagle on a Pine", one of the largest ivory works in the world.
