Traveling exhibition “Martial Valor of the Kuban Cossacks”

This is the story of the participation of the Kuban Cossacks in military campaigns from the 18th to the early 20th centuries. The exhibition presents the involvement of the Kuban Cossacks in major wars defending the Fatherland: the Russo-Turkish War (1787–1791), the Patriotic War of 1812, the Crimean War, the Russo-Turkish War (1877–1878), the Russo-Japanese War (1904–1905), and the Great Patriotic War (1941–1945). The exhibition includes symbols of atamans' authority, combat awards, banners, and imperial grants. The traveling display features panels and items from the museum's collections.
