The Grasse Album: Photographs from the I. A. Bunin Archive

About exhibition

The Grasse Album: Photographs from the I. A. Bunin Archive is a unique collection of 92 photographs that capture everyday moments from the life of the great writer, poet and translator. Most of these images have never been published before. Presented as a large, easy-to-view exhibition album, every museum visitor will be able to enjoy these rare photographs until the end of 2025. They allow us to see Bunin not only as a famous writer but also as an ordinary person surrounded by family, friends, companions and like-minded people in a relaxed domestic atmosphere.
