On the third floor a permanent exhibition 'Art of the 20th–21st Centuries' has been created, featuring paintings, works on paper and sculptures by leading Russian artists Ilya Mashkov, Robert Falk, Konstantin Yuon, Petr Konchalovsky, Mikhail Nesterov, Yuri Kugach, Nikolai Andronov, Zurab Tsereteli and others. In the exhibition spaces on the fourth floor is the permanently installed exhibition 'Vologda Artists of the 20th–21st Centuries', created in Vologda for the first time, which presents paintings, graphics, sculptures and decorative-applied arts by leading Vologda artists Vladimir Korbakov, Dzhanna Tutunjyan, Mikhail Larichev, Nikolai Baskakov, Oleg Borozdin, Alexander Panteleev, Evgeny Sokolov, Yan Kryzhevsky, Genrikh Asafov, Georgy Kalinin, Valery Strakhov, Yuri Voronov, Nikolai Mishusta and others.
