From 2016 to 2020, repair and restoration works were carried out as part of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and World Bank project "Preservation and Use of Russia's Cultural Heritage." The restored halls of Postnikov's luxurious 17th‑century merchant chambers are remarkable for their ability to harmoniously host exhibitions on a variety of themes. Visitors can learn not only about the history of the building but also view historical and art exhibitions. Guests will also see restored tiled stoves in the chamber halls.
