Exhibits of the "Tula Samovars" Museum
About exhibition
Visitors will see masterpieces by Tula craftsmen — from a tiny samovar to a 70-liter buffet giant. The exhibition introduces guests to the history of Tula samovar production from the late 18th century to the present day. Special attention is given to memorial complexes dedicated to members of the most famous Tula samovar dynasties — the Batashov, Shemarin and Fomin families. Visitors can also view items related to the everyday life of samovar manufacturers of the late 19th–early 20th centuries, pieces from unknown factories, and products of the "Shtamp" factory from World War II. A distinctive highlight of the museum is the samovar pavilion. In addition, guests will have the unique opportunity to see children's samovars gifted to the family of Nicholas II.
