The St. Petersburg Museum of Printing is located in a former revenue house on the Moika River Embankment, 32. At different times the premises housed the editorial office of the newspaper "Rus", the publishing house "Selsky Vestnik", and from March to July 1917 the newspaper "Pravda" — the central organ of the Bolshevik Party — was published here. The editorial work was headed by V. I. Lenin. A ticket to the St. Petersburg Museum of Printing entitles the holder to visit the following exhibitions: "Publishing House of the Early 20th Century." In the recreated editorial interiors you can see office furniture, numerous stationery items and office equipment from the early 20th century. "History of the Tenement House on the Moika River Embankment." The collection acquaints visitors with the history of the emergence of tenement (rental) houses in Petersburg using House No. 32 as an example. "Tenement House. Music Salon." Located in apartment No. 4, which has preserved its historical layout. The interiors show the typical furnishings of an office and a living room of a wealthy Petersburg resident at the turn of the 19th–20th centuries. On display is a collection of unique musical instruments that introduces the Petersburg tradition of holding musical evenings. Temporary exhibitions (check details by phone: +7 (812) 571-02-70).
