About exhibition

Visitors to the museum can learn about the traditional trades and crafts of Western Siberia and the history of how interesting antique items were made. In addition to viewing the exhibitions, the museum offers the opportunity to try your hand as a potter on an interactive potter's wheel or to take on the role of a cooper by assembling a barrel. The exhibition includes an interactive weaving loom, samples of leatherworking (tannery) crafts, unique household items, examples of wooden architecture, and the colorful costumes of Siberian inhabitants.
