The Art Museum has 3 permanent exhibition halls and 2 exhibition (temporary) halls: – The Ceramics Hall acquaints visitors with the development of local ceramics, from handicraft items to artists' signature works. Mass-produced products are also displayed. Part of the exhibition tells about the Kungur ceramics festival “Alchemy of Fire,” where works by its participants are shown. – The Stone Hall presents a rich collection of lapidary art — items made of soft ornamental stone and mosaics of harder stone varieties. It features original works by well-known stone-carving artists from Kungur and Krasny Yasil. Mass-produced items from the Kungur Stone-Carving Artel are also exhibited. – The Model Plaster Hall displays unique pieces from the 1930s to the early 1970s, made by craftsmen of the Kungur Artel of Disabled Workers named after the 18th Party Conference. The sculptures, created in the spirit of Socialist Realism, are of great interest to collectors (domestic and foreign) and to anyone interested in Soviet art. – The exhibition halls provide space for temporary art shows. The large hall exhibits paintings and graphic works by contemporary artists. The small hall hosts exhibitions of decorative and applied arts by masters from the Perm region.
