Today the Gallery of Contemporary Art is the largest exhibition venue in Kazan specializing in contemporary art. Visitors can explore the exhibition spaces and the lecture hall, where lectures on contemporary art are held regularly. The exhibitions and displays feature works by contemporary artists from Russia and Tatarstan, as well as from neighboring countries. Each exhibition reflects current trends in painting, graphic arts, and decorative and applied arts. Several major exhibitions are accompanied by a multimedia presentation that projects onto the interior walls of the gallery the works included in the exhibition. The ticket grants access to all gallery exhibitions except the exhibition "Marc Chagall. Open-Air".
