Exhibitions of the palace-exhibition complex and the greenhouses
About exhibition
The combined five-visit ticket includes the Grand Palace, the Bread House, the Third Cavalry Building, and the Orangery Complex. These buildings currently present major temporary exhibitions and the museum’s permanent displays. The Grand Palace houses an interactive children's museum, the permanent exhibition “Tsaritsyno of Catherine II,” and the “Silver Treasury”. The Bread House is the largest structure of the ensemble; it was built as the palace kitchen. Architect Vasily Bazhenov designed the service block to be disguised as a medieval castle. The Bread House hosts exhibitions and concerts. The Third Cavalry Building features the permanent exhibition “Dacha Tsaritsyno.” In the Tsaritsyno greenhouses, visitors can see unique and exotic plants.
