You will learn about the history of the oldest town in the Republic of Bashkortostan — Birsk. On display are the halls 'Paleontology and Archaeology', 'Birsk in the 17th–19th Centuries', 'Birsk Fair', 'Hall of Military Glory', as well as other current museum exhibitions. You will learn how the Birsk fortress originated, see the national costumes of the peoples who live in the district, hear how an old gramophone plays, and view the furnishings of a merchant's room from the late 19th century.
