Exhibition "We Don't Abandon Our Own" (SVO)

About exhibition

The exhibition is dedicated to the history of the special military operation; it emphasizes the necessity of initiating military action to combat neo‑fascism and to preserve Russia, reflects the unity of the people and the army, and tells of the daily heroism of the soldiers, of how civilians help fighters on the home front, and of faith in Victory. The exhibition displays pieces of equipment, trophies, personal belongings and awards donated to the museum's collections by SVO participants and their family members, by clergy and by city volunteers, as well as photographs by Stavropol photographer Andrey Smolnikov, which have become documentary evidence of what the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are confronting.
