Here you can see historical astronomical instruments: an astrolabe, Ulugh Beg's globe and a celestial sphere, a telescope by a Munich master from the mid-19th century, and an exhibition of books and historical photographs. Visitors will also see a working model of the Foucault pendulum, a magnetic globe of the Earth, admire Martian dunes, observe optical effects of light refraction and reflection, view a movable star map, and see photographs taken on the ISS by Penza cosmonaut Alexander Mikhailovich Samokutyayev.
