About exhibition

The exhibition is one of the richest collections of natural objects in the Kursk region. The department is divided into several thematic halls. Museum visitors can explore halls dedicated to flora and fauna, ecological systems, protected natural sites and water resources. Dioramas depict the Kursk Antonovka apple, the Streletskaya Steppe, and forest inhabitants. Visitors will see unique exhibits featuring plants, insects, and animals listed in the Red Data Book. Using interactive stands, you can listen to the sounds of nature and the song of the Kursk nightingale.
