About exhibition

The museum exhibition presents scenes of forest, river, lake and meadow with plants typical for these landscapes, including species listed in the Red Data Book, and taxidermied animals: moose, bear, wild boar, wolf and lynx. The displays are accompanied by bird songs and animal sounds, and nature films are shown, such as “Biology of the Golden Eagle”, “The Black Stork”, “The Cry of the Cranes” and others. In the “Forest School” you can learn about the characteristics of the forest and plant life of the central part of Russia. Its main principle: “Touching is a must!”
