The museum exhibition provides a coherent overview of the history and culture of the Adler District of the city of Sochi from ancient times to the present. Visitors will become acquainted with tools used by cavemen, household items of settlers from the first half of the 20th century, and monuments of the region's historical and cultural heritage. The uniqueness of the Adler District's local history and culture across different historical periods is represented through objects, documents, and photographs. Special attention is given to the hospital facilities and the operations of the military airfield, the battle for the mountain passes, and rear support activities during the Great Patriotic War (World War II). The development of the Adler District in the postwar period allows visitors to immerse themselves in the Soviet era. The tour concludes with items from the 2014 Olympic legacy. The open-access exhibition "SVO and Heroes" is on display. Upon finishing the exhibition tour, each visitor can take themed photographs in a photo zone styled after the 1980s.
