Enar Stenberg. Design for the "Christmas Tree" Set for the Ballet "The Nutcracker"
A set design for Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's ballet "The Nutcracker", made by Enar Georgievich Stenberg in Leningrad in 1987.
In the centre, against the wall of an interior, stands a Christmas tree; on either side of it hang two mirrors and stand two pairs of courtiers. The sketch is painted in oil and gouache on cardboard.
